MAS Boston will build capacity by securing training for the agency director and board members to enhance their organization leadership, management, and strategic and financial planning skills; securing core competency training for youth supervisors to build skills in program development and staff management; providing a weekend training program for youth workers that will specifically address the challenges with working with the immigrant Muslim youth; hiring a consultant to develop a long-range marketing strategy; and hiring a consultant to develop a comprehensive revenue development and grant-writing training program that will be provided to staff.
