...at the behest of the Palestinian observer, apparently. Outrageous. Sanity isn't just out of fashion at the UN, it's being criminalized. From Eye on the UN.:
"The Goldstone Report did not mention any political party either Israeli or Palestinian."
Of course it didn't!
Don't you know? The report was actually about China. Really.
JM's comment oversteps the bounds of sanity. It's not an exaggeration; it's totally off the wall. Either JM was snickering to himself as he wrote it, overestimating his cleverness, or he's just plum crazy.
If the statements in the early part of the video are true, that's pretty damn scary. I mean, to kick someone out for expressing, in polite terms even, an opposing point of view. And get no flack for it! And even have the UN staff cooperate!
This just goes to show you that an international organization can't change the behavior of countries that don't share it's core values. Instead, it's those countries--if there are enough of them--that will change the organization.
Bayefsky is a clown. The Goldstone Report did not mention any political party either Israeli or Palestinian.
The Goldstone Report was flawed because of its Zionist content: Zionism in Goldstone Report.
joachim martillo, I saw your wife riding her broomstick just before Dorothys house landed on her.
P.S. How many bouquets of flower and Get Well cards have you delivered to your Dr. hasan?
Eddie,
If you kicked out one of J.M's observers then the screams of "freedom of speech/information" would be heard all the way to the South Pole.

Hmmm...let me think about that one...
