Good point! I cant imagine an Arabic Muslim Palestinian state recognizing gay rights at all! I think the Israeli government should refuse to negotiate with the Palestinians unless they can guarantee that any future Palestinian state is
democratic, secular, guarantees equal rights for women and gays and minorities, and most importantly guarantees the right to life for all citizens (i.e. in terms of the death sentence being unfairly imposed on citizens). I guess the chances of this happening are zero so gay Palestinians would be better off living as Israeli Arabs and enjoying their freedoms and life without state Muslim oppression to deal with.
You forgot to write the fact that every time there is a Gay Pride Parade in Israel, it is attacked by Jews that throw stinkbombs and bags of shit at the Gay Pride marchers... last summer, one of the Jews stabbed three of the Gay Pride marchers... if you have read the Torah, you will know that Jews have been preaching death to homosexuals for over 3,000 years! Isn't that genocide? I think so. Yes, back when gay men like Plato were developing ideas like democracy and The Republic (Ideas that we live by today), Jews were taking homosexuals to the outskirts of town and throwing stones at them until they were dead. But also acknowledge that gays in Israel live openly, and if fundamentalists disapprove, gays avoid them, just as they do in all modern democracies. Fair to gays, no, but hardly unique to Israel.
In Israel when people commmit crimes, like attacking gay parades, they are arrested, tried, and punished.
But gay culture flourishes openly in Israeli cities, espescially Tel Aviv, and gay Palestinian Arabs continue to flee to Israel where they find life as illegal aliens vastly preferable to staying home in the PA controlled territories where, even before the religious fanatics of Hamas took power, gays were routinely murdered. and no one ever stood trial under the PA for murdering a gay man.
