They are the subject of a recent New Yorker article. And a well-timed one to boot, since I am way above my monthly What-Is-Wrong-With-France quota. Today, we can instead enjoy talking about those courageous French individuals who are not only able to swim against the tidal wave of stinking intellectual conformism that has drowned the local collective mind, but are old champions of the sport. The quality and caliber of their contributions probably compensate for their small numbers...
