A new brand of jeans designed especially for Muslims has begun to be sold by an Italian company. OK, that's fine. Notably, they're not named "Mecca" jeans. "Al Quds" is an overtly political statement adopted to fetishize exclsuive Muslim ownership of Jerusalem. There are already Mecca clothing products, but certainly another name would have been more appropriate for those not wanting to pander to the Jihadi spirit.

I wonder if the nimrod designer who came up with this idiotic pandering is aware that the inventer of blue jeans offered his prayers in the direction of Jerusalem and not "Quds".

Hey, I'm all for a line of clothing covering your ass being called the Muslim name of the City of David.

Rather proves what asses they are by wearing it, don't you think?

Hmmm. You may have a point, Meryl. Designer jeans don't come cheap. Could it be that Ken Livingstone is operating under a misconception when he rationalizes suicide bombings as an act of desparation carried out by impoverished people?
