Families United for our Troops and Their Mission is a grassroots coalition of families who are united in our steadfast support of our men and women in uniform fighting the War on Terror, and for ensuring our troops are allowed to finish their mission.
By signing this letter, you are signaling that you support FUM's 4 Principles:
- The United States Was Attacked.
- Our Troops Want to Finish the Job.
- Democracy Abroad Is Necessary for Our Security At Home.
- We Will Not Be Safe Until the Terrorists are Defeated.

These Gold Star families are what America is all about. Full of strength and courage and willing to stand up and speak out in the face of tragedy. God bless all of them and their sons and daughters for the sacrifices they all have made! This is one American who is deeply grateful!
I came across the Families United website about a month ago and have been monitoring it pretty regularly. It has some wonderful information and updates on news from Iraq. The blog posts are also very encouraging. It blows me away that there are so many families who have lost loved ones in this war who are so willing to actively and publically support this mission.
