I cannot understand what Judy is unhappy about.
The law was passed some time back but has not been put into effect.

Something like getting Senate aproval?
Unfortunately a lot of people jumped onto the hype wagon and did not consider the path Iranian law takes. All the Iranians then did was to take a pause and now many people seem to have egg on their faces.
Taheri defines what was mandated but does not know what the CofG will decide to implement later this year.
