CNN (via Miss Kelly, who comments on this) isn't sure if the video shows treason or courtesy. After all, Lebanese are supposed to try to kill Israelis, right? Instructive on a number of fronts: It is indeed true that Lebanese who simply wave to Israelis on the other side of the border risk a charge of treason and death (the reverse is not true, however)...Lebanese soldiers are, indeed, supposed to "resist" Israelis, though we've been told repeatedly that Lebanon and Israel are not enemies...CNN is suddenly fascinated with possible video editing -- when done by Israelis, and when Al Manar's blood-thirst can be given credence: Video provokes questions of Lebanese army
Oh, and the airport is open and running, in spite of the horrific damage we were told the Israelis indiscriminately inflicted.
CNN is about as credible as al Manar in terms of its reporting on Israel.
