YNet has absolutely horrible translations. They really need a native English speaker checking things.
Seems they have taken a page from the Russian war manual. As I recall, during the Russian occupation of Afghanistan, the compassionate Reds dropped toy tanks, dolls and other items from planes and helicopters. The toys were rigged with explosives. Not enough to kill, just enough explosive to main and cripple. Hard to grasp how low people can go, but there seems to be no limit in the minds of some. Specifically targeting children should reserve them a special place in Hell.
