I am trying - and failing - to think of a situation where cheating the American government would not be "a bid thing" A situation where it is morally correct to oppose the American government, certainly. but a situation where if is right for an immigrant or a citizen to commit fraud? Only in the strange, morally-inverted universe inhabited by Globe staff.
