Not much has changed. Thought this anecdote might interest. In its article on the Wheels of Justice controversy, Conflict besets Andover High, the Boston Globe writes:
[X]*, 15, a sophomore whose social studies class Wheels of Justice addressed, said a few of his classmates challenged the speakers and asked about the organization's ties to groups that advocate Palestinian armed struggle.
Actually, I heard from young X's mother that her son certainly didn't say "Palestinian armed struggle," nor would he. He specifically said, "terrorists."
Now wouldn't that have been a lot easier and saved some ink?
*[I've removed the name, since I think the kids shouldn't be involved any more than they need to be or already have in this. -S]
