Sex, Palestinians and Videotape - '...Fahmi Shabaneh was the head of the anti-corruption unit in the Palestinian authority. He rounded up a pile of what he calls evidence of chronic corruption in the government. In that pile is a tape showing the Secretary General to President Mahmoud Abbas, Rafik Al Husseini.
