In Arizona, frustrated by ongoing lack of enforcement of immigration laws by the federal government... - '...the legislature has taken matters into its own hands, adopting legislation to try to crack down on illegals...It isn't clear to me what, in that legislation, is controversial. If we take seriously the idea that immigration laws are to be enforced, Arizona's measures seem rather modest...'
